Where to Stay
We really loved Negril Area, it’s more chilled, with a really nice long beach which is called the 7mile beach, you have many beautiful boutique hotels all along and super cute restaurants around the Palm trees. But the most beautiful area is for sure Negril’s Cliffs, so breathtaking and special, sunsets from this part of Jamaica are like no other.
We deeply recommend staying at Rockhouse Hotel
in Negril, it’s built on top of the cliffs and you can have your little private bungalow and enjoy waking up just by the water and go to bed with the most insane sunset.
There are many many restaurants along the 7 miles beach, but Rockhouse hotel has the best two restaurants: Rockhouse (my favourite, please if you go there order the coconut shrimps, SO GOOD) and Pushcart. The restaurants are super cute decorated and the views are just stunning, situated on the best part of the cliffs.
Honestly RELAX, take long walks around the beach, enjoy the food there and of course the tropical fruits. There are many nice hikes to waterfalls too, but we really enjoyed just staying around, go snorkelling and take long walks through sunset.
What to See
We visited Negril and Ocho Ríos on our trip to Jamaica, don’t miss the falls and Blue Whole, try to hung with a local so you don’t get trapped on the touristy places. Admire their crafts markets, they have unique pieces, bag hat, made out of crochet and plans. Visit GoldenEye while in Ocho Rios, this is where James Bond was created. We couldn’t make it to Portland but they told us is amazing.
Every Faithfull The Brand Piece is amazing for this trip, my personal favourites are the linen pieces, so comfy and versatile, I love the little white dress, perfect for the day, but adding little heels, a little sleek bun and red lips just changes the entire mood and looking extra glam for the night.
